Transforming Lives Through Mental Health, Trauma and Domestic Violence Support
Trauma & Mental Wellbeing
We offer person-centred, trauma-informed support to improve emotional wellbeing and resilience. Individuals can access one-to-one sessions and group activities that reduce crisis, isolation, and disengagement from support while providing practical and emotional strategies to cope, set boundaries, and build long-term stability.
Abuse & Domestic Violence
Thrive Health Alliance provides trauma-informed support for individuals and families affected by domestic abuse. Our services include safety planning, emotional support, and advocacy during high-risk transitions, ensuring that recovery happens alongside the management of ongoing risk, coercive control, or post-separation abuse.
Workshops & Programmes
Our workshops and programmes are designed for children, young people, and adults to engage, learn, and grow in safe, supportive environments. Sessions cover mental health, trauma awareness, emotional wellbeing, domestic abuse, grooming, exploitation, and gang initiation, helping participants develop understanding, resilience, and practical coping strategies.
Our work extends beyond individual support to reach wider communities and address systemic challenges. From justice-informed programmes to practical assistance for those experiencing homelessness and opportunities to engage with our initiatives, we aim to create lasting impact and connection

Justice & Rehabilitation Programmes
Thrive Health Alliance delivers trauma-informed support across prisons, youth justice services, and probation settings, helping individuals address the underlying challenges that contribute to offending and instability. Our programmes focus on mental wellbeing, emotional regulation, conflict de-escalation, and practical preparation for life beyond custody.
Crisis & Homelessness Support
We provide compassionate, practical support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity. Our services combine immediate relief with longer-term guidance, helping people stabilise their circumstances and reconnect with essential support systems.
Community & Volunteer Engagement
Thrive Health Alliance welcomes individuals, organisations, and partners to become part of our growing community. Through volunteering, advocacy, workshops, and events, people can actively support our mission and help create safer, more resilient communities.
Who we are
100% Lived Experience
Born from lived experience. Built for real impact.
Thrive Health Alliance is a grassroots, experience-led charity founded in 2025 from lived experience of domestic abuse, mental health challenges, and systemic injustice.
We don’t just understand the system — we’ve experienced the gaps within it. Thrive was created to bridge that gap, where too many people are left without the right support at the right time.
We provide trauma-informed, early intervention support for adults and young people, creating safe, supportive spaces where individuals can stabilise, rebuild, and move forward.
Our work is relational, person-centred, and grounded in both lived experience and professional understanding — supporting those who feel unseen, unheard, or underserved to heal, grow, and thrive.
Born from lived experience. Built for real impact.
Lived Experience
Thrive Health Alliance is a grassroots, experience-led charity founded from lived experience of domestic abuse, mental health challenges, and systemic injustice. We don’t just understand the system — we’ve navigated it. That insight shapes everything we do, ensuring our support is real, relevant, and rooted in genuine understanding.
Trauma- Informed
Every interaction, every service, and every space we create is grounded in trauma-informed practice — because healing starts with safety. We provide early intervention and recovery-focused support for adults and young people, helping individuals stabilise, rebuild, and move forward at their own pace.
Bridging the Gap
We exist to bridge the gap between services and real-life need. Supporting those who feel unseen, unheard, or underserved — including individuals disengaged from traditional systems or navigating complex transitions — we provide consistent, relational support where it’s often missing most.

Alongside our programmes, Thrive Health Alliance provides direct practical support to individuals and families facing crisis situations. From essential supplies to wellbeing resources, our support helps people stay safe, maintain dignity, and stabilise during difficult transitions.
